Welcome to Kobe Japanese Steakhouse

Johnny and Juan Kyoto would like to welcome you to Kobe Japanese Steakhouse. The Kyoto's have 25 years resturant experience and invite you to join them for a Entertaining and Delicious Hibachi Grill and Fresh handmade Sushi.

Hibachi Grill

Hibachi is a Japanese cooking technique. Guests are grouped together around a large hibachi grill and the chef prepares the food right in front of you. It is a fun experience to watch the chef do tricks with razor sharp knives and make flames while cooking.

Sushi is a specific style of Japanese cuisine that combines vinegar seasoned rice with a variety of seafood and vegetables. The word "sushi" actually means "vinegar rice." "Su" is the Japanese word for vinegar and "Shi" is an abbrevation of the word "Meshi," a colloquial name for cooked rice.

Contrary to popular belief, sushi is not all raw fish. In America, there is a popular misconception that sushi equals raw fish. Although some sushi combinations use raw fish, there are many others that use an array of ingredients ranging from cooked fish to vegetables. What you add to it is your choice and is only limited by your imagination.
